Dear Ms. Cassidy; My sincere thanks for the lovely, comfortable room, which I occupied from 3/19/08 to today. It helped make my recovery more rapid and calmer and exceedingly contributed to my recovery. I am most appreciative of the most helpful, caring, considerate and willing staff in the South Wing. One hears of many "horror" stories about staff in nursing and rehabilitative facilities, of which I was weary, before entering your facility. I can only say that I made the right decision in rejecting placement in another local rehab center, your restorative/therapy place was beyond my greatest expectations; that is because of the excellent nursing, aides and others who demonstrated their devotion and dedication to helping patients. Moreover, the Physical Therapy department is similarly dedicated , helpful and very knowledgeable in their methods of assisting patients recovery. They proved to also be an extraordinary group of therapists and warm-hearted. Also, Ms. Indrani in the Dietary Division made every effort to provide me with selections that would be pleasing for me, an almost picky eater. Everyone, including Donna Martin was helpful, considerate, kind, and available. I would be most happy in the future to recommend your facility to friends, family & neighbors who might require your services... Lastly, I want to thank you also for your help too. John Dell |
